Leisha was absolutely amazing to work with. I was coming from Colorado, looking for a vacation home for my family and siblings. We emailed prior to my arrival to share thoughts on… “The One.” Once we met, I knew Leisha and I were perfectly suited to work together. She was so knowledgeable about the coastal area, having grown up there. We had five potential homes to look at, and we knew #5 was “The One” as soon as we walked in. It had been on the market for three days, and by the end of the week, I was under contract. Leisha worked endlessly to make this happen! She walked me through every step from afar. She coordinated my closing, sent contacts for all the utilities I needed to set up, walked through the home with inspectors, and did a final walk-through before closing.
